SExual Harassment

I am doing some research and I am interested in sexual harassment lawsuits, as well as discrimination lawsuits, filed by small to medium sized companies. Do you know where I can get a list of sexual harassment lawsuits and the $$$ involved? Thank you.

You asked re: getting a list of lawsuits (cases) for sexual harassment. There are all kinds of search engines that you can look at. One would be http://www.lawcrawler.com. I just did a search with the search term "sexual harassment caselaw" (without the quotes). One of the dozens of sites that came up was :

It listed a few with bunches of info.

Additionally, two of the three sites below are for a fee to subscribe, unfortunately. But it may be worth it if you want some good info.

http://www.findlaw.com (free - then click on Legal Subjects >>Labor & Employment would be a good one to start)

http://www.arbsearch.com/

http://www.juryverdictresearch.com
