undefinedWhat is the name of your state? I live in Oklahoma, but I work at a mental health hospital in Texas. My question is, "do sexual harassment policies have to be posted in a workplace?" If they do, "who do I report it to if these policies are not posted?"

No, they are not required posting, however the company should have a policy in place for reporting.
