What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

My wife filed a sexual harassment claim at work last week. Since then she has been sent home early twice due to a "lack of business" which is typical in the restaurant industry. However she is being sent home by the supervisor of which the claim was filed against. Prior to this being sent home early rarely happened. Should we now proceed with leagal action?

Where did your wife file the claim? What has been done? Has she reported the "sent home early" stuff to the entity with which she filed the claim? What did they say?

With whom did she file the sexual harassment suit? Does she have reason to believe that but for her complaint, she would not have been sent home early?
