What is the name of your state? AL I was recently groped and grabbed in inappropriate ways by the head of security where I work, I immediatley turned him in and wrote a complaint for HR. According to our work manuals this offence calls for termination.... the man was not fired even though he was caught on three seperate cameras. HR's solution was to have him come in at different times so that we would not see each other. I feel like this was not handled properly. Am I wrong???

Yes, you are wrong.

No law requires that the employer fire him. The only thing they are required to do is make the offensive behavior stop. By scheduling you for different times, they have done that.

Nor do you have any idea what may have been said to him or what is in his personnel file. The fact that he was not fired does not mean no action was taken. They are not required to tell you what discipline he faced.
