Hello...i was wondering what is the statute of limitations on starting a claim for sexual harrasment in the state of California?

I'm a Northern Girl
I can't speak to California specifically but in most states it's 180 days after the last episode of harassment to file with the state, and 300 days to file with the EEOC.
