What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I'm having a hard time posting. Hoping this one will stick. Please comment so I can reply with question.

I've complained to he about my bosses sexual harrasment towards me and other employees. They said they can't do anything about it. To deal with it or leave. He's the president and can do as he pleases. Is this true?

The sexual harrasment I've reported:
Watching porn in office with door wide open. Extremely uncomfortable for me, hard for me to ignore screen when asking a question.
Blurting sexual comments to me, telling me to ask customers to do sexual acts to him.
Calling me stupid repeatly.
Boss does not do this everyday. It comes in waves..

I do not agree with the above. But before I respond, I'd like an answer to my question. There really is a reason for it.

That's enough to file a claim of sexual harassment with the EEOC and/or the DFEH. I understand why Blue is suggesting that you wait till you have another job and then quit, but it is illegal to fire you for filing a sexual harassment claim and CA is VERY strict on that. If they do trump up another reason and fire you, you will be one of the few people who posts here who actually does have a wrongful termination claim. You are, of course, free to follow Blue's advice and then file the claim when you leave, but then the question may arise as to why you didn't follow up after HR told you to ignore it.

FYI, calling you stupid may be rude and unprofessional but it is not sexual harassment and it does not give you any legal recourse. That, you may just have to ignore. Depending on the exact circumstances, watching porn with the door open may or may not qualify. But suggesting, even in jest, that you ask the customers to sexually pleasure him is outrageous.
