I was sexually harassed by my supervisor, and talked bad about when I didn't reciprocate. I had reported the harassment, and the remarks made against me many times. Many others reported her actions as well, and she was demoted. Then several months later, promoted back to the same position. I'd be glad to tell you what happened, but for now - I have to go in to work (dreading it as usual). My apologies for the quick reply.

So why haven't you filed a claim with the EEOC?

| Did the behavior stop (in regards to YOU personally) after you reported it?

I have to admit, I had never been placed in a position of needing to know when to contact the EEOC. It was humiliating to have to report being sexually harassed, as well as being harassed (belittling comments, and co-workers being ordered not come to me for help) when I didn’t reciprocate this went on for many months. I was assured by management that the bottom would be gotten to, and I was somewhat satisfied when she was demoted (and not having to worry about causing the loss of her job), and I tried not to let it bother me any longer. Then, as if nothing had occurred - they promoted her right back to the same position she had lost (only to another department) some months later. This brought about feelings that upper management didn’t care what had been reported about her. Prior to any of this being reported, we were made watch a video on sexual harassment, and sign that we would follow the guidelines. I've thought (Until here recently) that I was doing everything in my power (by reporting it within the company ladder) to get this stopped.

The question about whether the behaviour stopped (towards you, not towards anyone else) when you reported it to management is very important. Employers are not legally obliged to fire or suspend harassers, they are only required to make the harassing behaviour stop. So if this supervisor stopped harassing you (just you, not anyone else) after you reported her, then the company has met its legal obligations.

Yes it did, it took several months after reporting it though. Now, I watch as others are put through her 'power' harassing. I feel as if my position with the company has been jeopardized, due to laying everything out on the table. I'll keep you informed on the outcome of that one. Once again, Thank you for your time.

So the company has met its legal obligations towards you, and you don't have a valid claim for the EEOC. As I said before, you can legally be fired for making harassment complaints on behalf of other. I think that if you want to keep your job you need to stop making complaints immediately. Based on everything you've posted, if you are fired for complaining, it will be legal and you will have no recourse.
