What is the name of your state? new hampshire--- i have been verbally abused at work by a fellow employee. in front of other employees, do i have any course of action? i have brought it to the attention of our boss, and have not gotten any real satisfaction. do i have any grounds to charge the employee himself with verbal abuse, amongst other charges? thanks for any help and/or suggestions.

Not on the basis of verbal abuse per se. However, IF the abuse is because of your race, religion, national origin, disability or age (over 40) then you may have a case on that.
