What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I signed an agreement at my job that I would adhere to a specific schedule of when I will take inbound calls and when I will make outbound calls. The document I signed has since been used as an excuse to harass me for things like going to the bathroom during my inbound shift or even when I am actually adhering to the shift. Can this be used as a valid reason to void the agreement?

Given that the purpose of such agreements is to confirm employers' legal right to harass their employees based on the items articulated in said agreements, it simply doesn't make sense that acting on said rights would void such an agreement.
