The same as the other 49 States.

There are two kinds of sexual harassment:

1. Quid pro quo, which means when an adverse employment action occurs because sexual advances are rebuffed or sexual favors are required in order to retain one's job, receive a promotion or a raise, etc., and/or

2. A hostile workplace, which means an individual (or group of individuals) is harassed in the workplce because of their gender - name calling, touching, offensive jokes and language, pornographic pictures and materials being displayed, etc.
