Workplace harrassment/Descrimination

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

I work for a company thru a Union,On a daily basis I am called a Mexican, the N word...I'm Italian.he has been told to stop ,but this continues.(relative) is the big boss...go figure.I am constantley yelled at cursed at and belittled in front of 20+ people Daily.( By the other boss)I cannot say anything in fear of losing my job,then when they start in the rest of the crew starts in with their 2 cents worth.Is there any legal recourse I can take?

Start with complaining to your supervisor, HR, and your union. If that does not improve the situation, file a complaint with the EEOC.
