Okay I'm trying to get help for a friend. She has a 15 year old who is not attending school, she is doing meth, drinking and smoking pot. She just had a drug test and she tested positive for all the above. There is a court date set for March 9th but in the meantime she is having older men come around the house and her mother is at her wits end. Isn't the court suppose to pick up minors who are not attending school? HELP!!!!
