16 year old son influenced by friends and mom

My son has fallen prey to a group of friends (other minors) that party, drink and smoke (pot included). I have confirmed that the mother of these boys is aware of her kids activities and allows such parties at her home. My son will sneak off and spend the night at this home. What legal rights do I have against this mother, if any? Is there a civil or criminal case (charges) I could bring to the mother or the other minor children?What is the name of your state?
