What is the name of your state? Ohio

My 17 y/o daughter allowed an 18 y/o friend to drive her car. The friend was speeding and was stopped by police. My daughter assumed the friend had a valid drivers license. However, the friend did not have a license. My daughter has to appear in juvenile court. Her ticket states operator allowing another to drive who has no right.

What consequences might she face in court?

The ord says either 43505 or 93505. Not sure if this is what you mean or not but thanks for helping.

local rule because the state rule is not one of those numbers. ORC 43 deals with liquor and 93 does not exist. 45 deals with automobiles however.
