Whatever a psp is, you admitted to theft, and you have a court date, so you have something serious in your pocket here. Do you have a lawyer?

So like did you like steal this like from a Walmart, or from like your neighbor? Please don't make me pull teeth without a license, I don't want to go to jail too.

Your going to be made to return the psp, if it is damage then you'll probably have to buy her a new one, and if any games are damage or missing, you'll probably have to pay for those aswell. And in court you maybe made to pay fines and possibly do some community service.

You probably would have saved yourself the trouble had you asked her if you could barrow it or have gone out and bought your own.

Yes you will have to buy her a new one, Or give her total payment worth wise of what you took from her. And yeah you could get jail time for this, you defently will get it if you don't repay this girl.

What did you think would happen, you stole something then sold it to someone else, and nothing would happen? You comminted a crime, and you'll have to pay the time. Whether that's jail and paying this girl back, that's up to the judge.

1. Get yourself out of the chair and get 250 dollars out of your bank, or from your parents.

2. Get your parents to talk to her parents about the whole crime, and apologize. Beg if you must

3. Pay them, and beg them to drog the charges. Pay whatever you jacked from them.

If this is your first offense I can't imagine you getting jail time. You will have to pay for it and you will probably get put on probation.
