I am 15, If a 16 or 17 year old hits me can I press charges? Sue? Can you put a restraining order on someone who has not hit you? How would this work in a public school? I do not want to be near someone or in the same room as this person. Can my school tell me I have to when I can't even put my guard down when I am around this person, and am being harassed? I want to do well in school and I cannot afford to get suspended for getting in a fight. Can anyone give me suggestions?
