Not unless you are licensed to advocate on behalf of others in the courts of the state.

However, your daughter is entitled to all the procedural safeguards and rights under the Constitution the same as an adult, including the right to have the state appoint an attorney to represent her. (See: U. S. Supreme Court landmark case of In Re Gault, 387 U. S. 1)
