can my daughters school force her to give a ua to return to school, even though she has not been convicted of anything case in point my daughter and her friend were in school bathroom , her friend smashed up and made a few piles or lines on counter , whatever . the princaple walked in and busted them. the friend told the princaple that it was hers and nobody else was involved , my daughter was not holding or touching in any way the substance the police came and hand cufffed and escorted them thru school took them to police station. the police chief was grilling them like som e old draggnet episode These are minors without parent or attourney The charge is possesion of a controlled substance without a prescription this is the state of washington

and you have some objection to knowing if your daughter is on drugs??

dude, no way are you a parent, tori maybe, tori's friend possibly, but no way are you tori's dad, unless you are a doper yourself.

Of course they have the right to make a UA part of the grounds for readmittance to the school. ESPECIALLY when her suspension (or pending charges) is drug related.

a UA taken immediately might have helped herin court. Her willingness to take a UA anytime, might help in court.

Your reluctance, and her's leads people to believe she has something to hide.
