Please help,
I received a letter today telling me of a judgement that was filed against me in 1998, well in '98 i was incarcerated and only 17 yrs old at the time. So, i guess my question is, can a judgement be filed against a juvenile and can a judgement be made against me as a juvenile for a monetary settlement, and if i was never notified to appear?
