What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA.

Hi,
I was arrested with petty theft when I was 14.
I did not have to go to Juvenile or go to the court, but I remember getting a paper relating to the arrest record.

How do I get rid of this record? (In detail)

And without getting rid of this record, will colleges/companies see this in the future?

Were you ever charged or convicted of petty theft (I am assuming the answer is "no" since you never went to court)?
