What is the name of your state? Colorado

Can an adult be charged with contributing without evidence and just on the hearsay of a minor? He was accused of buying alcohol for 2 minors. I was told by one of them that they had gotten it at home but when questioned by the police she said that he had bought it for her.
Neither girl is related to us. Just friends....

Contributing how? Beer, drugs, runaway.....? What are you or someone contributing to the minor? And what is the relationship with the minor?
