Contributing to a minor (Wyoming)

I got a contributing to a minor ticket and my friend got a under age consumption of alcohol ticket. But my friend took a B.A.C. test and it came up 0.000. He didnt drink any of the alcohol, right as my friend was putting my bottle of alcohol back in my truck the cop pulled up and gave us the tickets said above. Im just wondering if I plead not guilty and this goes to trial will it hold up?
Thanks David

Your friend had the bottle in his hand. If the officer saw the alcohol in the possession of the minor, your ticket will most likely stick.

I was not referencing your friend's ticket. Only yours...remember the one for contributing...

You can certainly plead 'not guilty' if you want, but the violation likely came from the fact that YOU allowed a minor to 'be in possession' of the alcohol.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

If you put a gun in the hands of a baby, is it still contributing even if the baby can't figure out how to pull the trigger?

Yes, that's a poor analogy... but I am trying to make a point.

You putting the bottle in your buddy's hand was enough.
