I was wondering if anyone could tell me which crime is more severe in a juvenile case: intimidation or runaway?
I ask because my 15 y/o step-son threatened me, so I called the police and while the officer was here - we discovered together that the step-son had stolen my dirt bike and taken off - so the officer wrote everything up as a runaway & I don't really feel as though that represents what actually happened. I will really appreciate any feedback.
