My 17 year old daughter was pulling out of a driveway when the boy that lived there jumped on the roof of her car. She knew he was up there and continued driving. Maybe a 1/2 block. A police officer witnessed the whole incident. She's being charged with a misdemeanor criminal recklessness. Any idea of exactly what they will do? Thank you for any advice or comments.
