What is the name of your state? Texas
My son now 19 has a misdameanor (theft) on his record - he was 17 at the time. He applied for a job and was rejected because of his record. I was told he could get his record esponged and that required a lawyer. Do I need a lawyer or is this something I can do myself and how?
