The Juvenile is 16 in MA, And the cops were called after an altercation where he "bumped" another person, got charged with Domestic assault and battery. Then, after a hearing because the Juvenile has 6 previous complaints (only 2 were successfully convictions) the case is going to court. Will this case be enough to count for the assault and battery charge? During the pre-trial hearing the retired judge said he is only putting the case to court because the juvenile uses marijuana which is believed to be the root cause to the altercation. Because of this even if he gets off of the charge will he need to be drug tested?
