my daughter just got on probation in november of 2008 and since has gotten 2 drug charges and now she failed her third time and now is facing a third drug charge what will she expect she got house arrest for 30 days last time

Ever hear the expression "3 strikes you're out"? Without actually knowing anything about Ohio law, I'm gonna guess some jail time may be coming up.

That didn't do her much good, did it? Maybe some time behind bars will.

Did you get her any sort of drug treatment after her first conviction? If not - why not after her second?
