I'm going out on a limb, and assuming that a person who claims to be early at being a functioning adult should be able to figure out a form.

If you can't figure out how to fill out forms for emancipation ... well, the rest of that sentence should be obvious.

Phoenix, have you established that you actually qualify for emancipation?

I suspect you are talking about MC300 (http://www.courts.ca.gov/documents/mc300.pdf)

What you are asking for is beyond the scope of this forum and would require the services of an attorney (it will involve the practice of law.)

Now, if you could tell us in general terms why you feel the need for emancipation, then perhaps we can give some general advice...

I do qualify. I don't truly want to be emancipated, but it is this or a worse life.

7-13, I DO know how to fill the form out, but I am not sure if I should leave that for the court or not
Those two things are exclusive of each other. If you know how to fill out the form, then you wouldn't have a question about it...

Please explain what the situation is that you think you need to be emancipated from. Additionally, please explain why you feel that you qualify for emancipation.

I don't see a 7-13 form. They start with 300 and go to 306 that I see
