What is the name of your state? florida
a 13 year old girl gets a 30mg addreall from a friend at school gets caught and gets exspelled...this is in MAY....So she goes to court gets off with commuinty service. OK so next school year she goes to a punishment school in OCT. she is up in front of school board for return to public schools she starts back.... GOOD IDEA OR BAD IDEA ok so the following JAN she gets caught making a BIG drug deal at school PILLS so she gets exspelled agian goes back in front of the judge gets off agian with probation ok so this school year is about to start should they let her back in to public school or the punishment school..

This is not a legal concern, it's up to the school board. That being said, I hope this girl is not allowed back into public schools. I don't want my kids anywhere near that mess.
