Extortion threat

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia
I have problem where a minor (16) is extorting me for the use of my vehicle in exchange for not telling her parents and the police that we had been sexually intimate. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue? I would appreciate any LEGAL recourse that I might have. Thank you

You should report the extortion to the police.
