A student at my school got suspended for taking out his pocket knife in school during a passing period. We are both uncertain if it would be his first offense or not. he did get into trouble with the law when he was ten for shoplifting. so what could happen to him? would it be his first offense? he is like a brother to me please help bring us both comfort in knowing a possible out come.
