You are a creep. To small a "man" to get a woman his own age. I feel very sad for the child you call "girlfriend". :(
What is sad is that people don't know how to keep their replies to the stated subject of the thread. This is, or at least purports to be, a legal advice forum, not "hang out". Your opinions on things that have nothing to do with the requested legal advice are irrelevant, and with better moderation would be deleted on sight.
Obviously you do not know the difference between the age of consent, which in MA is 16, and the age of majority, which is 18 or older in every state.

Your explanation only makes it worse, and no, you have in no way proven that "nothing illegal is going on".
I'm aware of the difference. Would you like to cite the law you believe I'm breaking?
Bet my last dollar this dweeb has nude pic's on his cell or computer of this child.
That actually would be illegal, and thankfully I don't. In fact I've told her explicitly not to send any pictures like that.
Here is a link to the Guttmacher Institute's overview of state policies on "minors' consent laws," as of August 2015:

Your (too young) girlfriend should seek medical care on her own, if her grandmother will not help.
Thanks. I'm not really sure that her specific situation fits any of the categories listed, but I could be wrong. Anyway, I think I have motivated her to do something about it.

That actually is odd that you would have to tell a teen that. Let us see what the State Police say when they check your phone and computer. ;)

Oh, I can think of a few. Especially since I don't believe more than a third of what you've said.
