on december 23rd i was arrested for obstructing a police officer, and i heard something about them having to set a court date within 30 days. well, it's been 30 days and i havent gotten a letter, i havent been arraigned, i havent herad anything. does this mean that they dropped it? if it matters this is in snohomish county.
