What is the name of your state?
I live in Illinois. My 18 year old is planning on going with an unchaperoned group of prom goers to Wisconsin and renting a cabin (cabin wisconsin) overnight. What legal aspects are involved for these 17 and 18 year olds to rent? What if one gets drunk, drive and get killed. The renter could be responsible for the alcohol as well as anything negative that comes out of the alcohol.
