johnson.sueWhat is the name of your state? I live in Illinois. My 18 year old is planning on going with an unchaperoned group of prom goers to Wisconsin and renting a cabin (cabin wisconsin) overnight. What legal aspects are involved for these 17 and 18 year olds to rent? What if one gets drunk, drive and get killed. I want to discourage this but need to understand liability for the renter, the kids, and myself. Please see link. http://www.cabinwisconsin.com/images/prom.pdf Thank you for your help. |

| The renter could be responsible for the alcohol as well as anything negative that comes out of the alcohol.
