A juvenile is taken to jail by a school security officer for being charged with stealing property of another student valued less than fifty dollers. The officer handcuffed him and took him before the magestrate. He was read his maranda rights and asked to sign a form stateing he understood his rights, which he didn't. My question is,should his parents have been present before he was told to do this?. He was later released to his parents when they arrived.:)What is the name of your state?
