I am from Florida. I have an old juvenile case, more than 10 years old now. What are my responsibilities as far as disclosing it? I didn't think people would be interested in something like that. I have completed my Bachelors degree as well as my MCSE (computer certification) and its been more than 10 years since my juvenile incident. When should/do I have to disclose it? Would it bar me from sitting for the Florida Bar or Law enforcement in any capacity.
