i have a question....If a person has comment a Juvenile Crime 2yrs before they have turned 18 is the crime still on you're record after you turn 18? and how bad does this affect getting a job?

A job can not look into you juvenile records if you are 18 now... it should be off your record. I know a judge can bring that stuff up in court though...
