is there a minimum age for people to be placed on the sex offender registry? my friend (he's 16) said he that wanted to go streaking and i warned him not to. what is the worst case that could happen to him? could he be charged for indecent exposure and what would the penalty be for a minor? would he be required to register as a sex offender if he were convicted for such an offense, or is there a minimum age (17/18) at which laws regarding registry go into effect?
