Parents have the right to pay for an attorney for their son or daughter, so their son or daughter will have legal representation when they appear in juvenile court on whatever crime the son or daughter is charged with committing.

Parents have the right to pay for an attorney for their son or daughter, so their son or daughter will have legal representation when they appear in juvenile court on whatever crime the son or daughter is charged with committing.
And in some states the court will appoint counsel for the child. In some states, parents also need representation because child services cases are also handed in juvenile court.
