What is the name of your state? Colorado, I thought that juvinile records were not allowed to be publizied? If it is a criminal case that has been disposed, can the newspaper publish the juviniles name and age? If it is legal it is entirerly unethical and immoral. Don't these people know they ruin peoples lives, the lives of people that have barely begun to live.

The NEWSPAPER can print almost whatever it wants to. The police and other government agencies might be prevented by law from releasing certain information regarding certain juvenile matters, but that does not prohibit a non-government actor (the media) from printing the information.

If you have a complaint, call the editor of the paper and bring it up to them.
