I live in CALIFORNIA.
I am leaving high school in my Junior year for medical reasons as well as because I wish to persue my own education in a more conductive way.
I am registered to take the CHSPE and will take it in March.
My question is, in my state, does this legally exempt me from high school?
And also, I am 16. After passing the CHSPE and leaving high school, can I have a job? And do I still need a permit? What are the specifics of the hours I can work etc...
Thank you very much!
