Ontario, Canada** Im Being Charged With Breeching My 2 Year Probation Sentance 3 Times In Which All Cases Were Within 2 Weeks Of Freedom Even Though I Was Considered A Low Risk Offender For 95% Of My Sentance. The Charges Are Minor; Basically Curfew Breeches Of 11pm. The Twist To My Story Is That My Mother Is The One Who Told My Probation Officer Of The 3 Breeches. Whats Confusing About This Action Is That My Mother Never Cared About My Probation Curfew. My Curfew Was 6pm On Weekdays and 8pm On Weekends For 1 Year And 11 Months And My Mother Never Bothered With It .. Until It Was Increased To A More Reasonable Curfew Of 11pm. To Cut It Short I Dont Think I Am Being Treated Fairly Basically Because My Mother And Probation Officer Care About My Contract One Mintue And Then Not The Next. Its Not Fair That They Go Back And Forth And Im Left Stranded Not Really Knowing What I Can And Cannot Do. I Want To Know What I Can Do About This And If I Can Be My Own Representation In Court.
