marijuana possesion with intent to sell?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I am 16, this is my first offence, other than a helmet ticket
today i was caught at school with four bottles of weed (about 7 grams total), a small amount of hashish, $6.00, and a pipe. a police officer was there and wrote a ticket but he forgot to give me a copy so i am getting it monday. The asst. principal told me that there were students telling her that i am selling, which i am not, and one of them made a written statement. she is trying to expel me for selling. im worried about what might happen and if it will be on my record.
can i be charged with intent to sell because of the seprate containers? do they have to prove it?
what can i do?
how should i prepare for court?
what is the worst that can happen?
any help would be greatly appreciated

Get an attorney.

Yes, you could go to a state correctional facility if charged with sales on a school campus. Yes, it will all go on your state criminal history if charged and convicted (aka a "true finding" is made in juvenile court). Yes, it will go on a school record.

Even possession at school is a more serious crime than simply possessing it elsewhere.

Get mom and dad to hire an attorney. Oh, and stop USING DOPE!
