Hello, I am 20 years old and am about to turn 21 in the next month. I had a gathering of ten people at my apartment when the cops came. They gave mic/mip and loud partys. I was given all of it. I did not take a breathalyzer but the cop asked me if I had been drinking and I said yes. I know this is probable cause but he did not write this down nor could he remember me saying that. I was wondering if I could plead not guily on this charge since there is no evidence of myself consuming alcohol? I have my hearing tomorrow at 1:15 so I hope i get this out in time! what do you think?
