Heres the story, I am 19yrs old, I got caught in a casino taking 2 drinks of beer. They have me on camera so i can not, and will not plead not guilty. All they have me on is taking 2 drinks of a buddies beer. I was polite and respectful to the officers and told the honest truth. They told me my good behavior would go in their report. I have a clean record, I'm a college student with good grades.

My court date was for this monday but i got a call from the court house saying the officer made a mistake on my citation and the judge dropped it. She did say the prosecutors could refile the citation if they wanted to. If they do, what might i be looking at in court? My buddy said they were "throwing the book at people" as of lately, but i dont really see me going to jail for taking 2 drinks of beer. I know what i did was wrong and i will take responsibility for it. Any insight would help out alot.
