Ok so recently my friend was arrested. The cops did not read his rights and there was bail post for him, but once he was in county they wouldnt let him out on bail. The reason why was because when he was minor he was put on probabtion. However, he thought it was drop and missed out on his term of probabtion. The adult, his father, was never notified and there was never a warrent out for him. Now that he is arrested, they pulled that record up and the judge is saying he can have two years sentence in the juvy jail because he never finish his term and he did not have his ged or is not working currently. He passed his recent drug test, and nothing was found on him. Everything is confusing, the police would not tell what he is being charged with when he was arrested. He is also not a minor anymore, its been almost a year since he turned 18. Is there anything wrong with this?

Yes. There is lots wrong with this.

Your friend didn't complete the terms of his probation. His father never ensured that he completed the terms of his probation. He violated his probation again by getting arrested for something else. He's 18 years old and never finished school and can't keep a job.

However, I haven't found anything in your posting that the courts did wrong.
