Minor signing legal documents

I have a 17 year old daughter, who got pregnant at a very young age, she was two days shy of her 15 birthday when I found out she was pregnant, at 15 and 16, the mans parents got her to sign legal documents without my knowledge, and there lawyer has put them through the courts. Is it legal for a minor child to sign any type of legal document without a parents knowledge or signature?
