MIP or Adapt?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OREGON
I recently got an MIP for alchohol. At the age of 19 I wanted to know if
I can pay a fine of somthing instead of going to Adapt. i don't normally drink, ever!, so I don't have a problem alchohol. can I get out of it even though I'm guilty?

No you can not get out of it by paying a fine. You broke the law and there are consequences. I suggest from now on you wait until you are legal to drink and in the meantime do what you are asked from the courts and keep your nose clean.
