In the state of missouri, if you are 16 and pregnant, can you move out of your parents house?

If your parents agree to you living elsewhere, then yes you can. However, if they do not agree to let you live somewhere else, you cannot.

Pregnancy does not automatically emancipate.

I am just going to clarify what Neal has said...

Pregnancy will MEDICALLY emancipate you. You may make your own decisions for medical treatment for both you and your child. If does NOT LEGALLY emancipate you. You still must follow your parents rules.

The worst thing you can do to legally emancipate yourself is get pregnant. You have proven that you are NOT making good decisions.

There is NO state where getting pregnant will allow a minor to move out of the house.

In fact, getting pregnant makes it almost impossible to be granted legal emancipation.
