my sonWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? north carolina my son has a public defender. The defender is working on another murder case.This is causing him to contiune my son alleged first drgee murder case. | Since you have given no idea about what your son allegedly did or any other details that are relevant no one can give you ANY type of relevant answer so I will say this: 42.
